House number

Since forever, I’ve had this old cutting board leftover I didn’t have any use for, until now.

I bought a new mail box recently, and I needed a nice house number for it, so obviously I made it myself. I cut 2 instances, which just fit within the usable stock. The idea was to glue them together for double thickness, but in the end I decided to stick with only the one I found aesthetically most pleasing.

Milling was without issues, and I finished it with 2 coats of clear laquer. It also bears the cat’s seal of approval.
