Dremel Circular Saw Mandrel

Whenever I need to cut the tabs from CNC projects, I use a diamond wheel on my Dremel. Obviously a diamond wheel isn’t really the best tool for the job, but for some reason the Dremel circular sawblades don’t fit on a standard Dremel mandrel. So I decided to fabricate a mandrel of my own.

I programmed the lathe to do the heavy lifting, but managed to fuck up on the first try. The piece got loose and was demolished in the process. Oh well, this was a short program, so I quickly made another one. I used a piece of steel bar stock I had lying around.

Not the most elaborate of projects, but I like it, it helps my CNC workflow for all CNC projects to come!
